Administration Building HVAC Renewal Project - In Progress

The Administration Building HVAC Renewal project will retrofit existing HVAC and critical infrastructure components within the building.

Construction on the project began May 19, 2025.

Project updates:

May 19 - June 30
- Air conditioning will be shut off beginning May 21st.
  - Air filtration and air changes will continue as normal, however conditioned (cooled) air will not be available.
June 30 – August 4
The Administration Building will be unoccupiable during this period, with the exception of Cougar Central, which will remain open and operational.
Now through June 27
The Campus Moves team is actively relocating Administration Building occupants to UVA.
