1. Can I rent out a bike for a friend?
   1. No. You can only rent out a bike for yourself and you must be a currently registered 糖心少女 Student. 
2. What if I need to return the bike at a later time?
   1. You are soley resposible for the bike until our designated staff can check in the bike which is the following Monday, 10am-1pm. 
3. The bike chain came off, how do I reattach it?
   1. Identify the Correct Gears: Put the chain back on the appropriate chainring (front gear) and cassette (rear gear).
      Pedal Forward: Gently pedal forward to help the chain seat properly on the gears.
4. Does the Bike rental come with accesories?
   1. No, at this time, the only items that come with the free bike rental are:
      1. Bike 
      2. Helmet
      3. U-Lock
5. The bike/helmet/U-Lock was stolen/lost while I had it. What is the replacement cost?
   1. The replacement cost for lost/stolen/missing items are as follows:
      1. Bike - $380.00
      2. Helmet - $70.00
      3. U-lock - $50.00
      4. Accesories - $65.00
      5. Other Fees - Varies
   2. Total Estimated Cost for ALL items if missing/stolen/damaged: $565.00+
6. What happens if I don't return the bicycle on the designated return date?
   1. A reminder email will be sent out. 
   2. Faulire to act and return the bike will result in the following actions: 
      1. A hold will be placed on your student account
      2. A replacement charge will be applied
      3. The bike will be reported to University Police as stolen property
