Program Information
For nearly 30 years, ÌÇÐÄÉÙŮ’s Department of Accounting has provided students a rigorous accounting education and prepared its graduates to be technically strong and hard-working accounting professionals in San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties. We are proud of what our students achieve and of the prosperity that our program brings to our students and their employers across the region.
The department recognizes that students considering accounting may be deterred by
the relatively higher academic costs for accounting students, therefore, department
works to offer scholarships that will help new accounting majors meet financial needs
and complete the degree program. The generosity of cour community partners and alumni
who support the program help students keep their educational dreams alive and promote
student success. This important investment in scholarships increases the quality of
students entering the profession and ensures a future supply of well-trained graduates.

ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® CoBA Accounting Option Alumni Endowed Scholarship
Seeded by CoBA Accounting alumnus Kyle Casement ’11, the ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® CoBA Accounting Option Alumni Endowed Scholarship is awarded to Accounting Option students in good academic standing with financial
need. Designed to inspire Accounting alumni to contribute to the next generation of
ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® Accounting alumni and to encourage corporate matching gifts from their employers,
this scholarship exemplifies ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® Cougar spirit!

ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® CoBA Accounting Scholarship
The CoBA Accounting Scholarship was established to recognize academic excellence while
providing much-needed financial assistance to Accounting students. With contributions
from accounting firms and friends of ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® Accounting, investments in this scholarship
help to increase the quality of students entering the profession and ensures a future
supply of well-trained graduates.
Norviel Accounting Endowed Scholarship
The Norviel Accounting Endowed Scholarship is awarded to Accounting students at ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ®, thanks to the generous support of ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® Accounting alumna .
