Welcome to CHRS Training and Guides for Employees!

Comprehensive training and support resources are now available and are tailored to specific employee groups, including Staff/MPP, Faculty, and Student Employees, as well as key administrative roles such as Attendance Clerks, Managers/Leads, and Academic AAS/ASC/ASA. We provide foundational training through online job aids, including step-by-step instructions, videos, and other helpful resources. Depending on the scope of your responsibilities, you may find it beneficial to utilize more than one training resource.

Office Hours

CHRS team members will be available both in person and via Zoom to provide assistance and answer any questions.

Drop-in office hours at Kellogg 2000:

  • 10 a.m.-4 p.m.: March 25, 26, 30
  • 11 a.m. -4 p.m.: April 1
  • 10 a.m.-4 p.m.: April 2, 29, 30

Zoom office hours:

  • 11 a.m.-noon and 2-3 p.m. (3/25, 3/26, 3/30, 4/2, 4/29 & 4/30)
  • 1-3 p.m. (4/1)

 

Important Information & Dates

  • March 3 - All Staff Sustainment Session 
  • March 25 - CHRS Go-Live for entire campus
  • March 2026 - Pause March time reporting and absence entry. for hourly employees (including student assistants).
