Day-of Timeline
The timelines below are approximations of Commencement Day. This page will note approximate timelines for both May and December Commencement.
December 15, 2024 Timeline

May 16-17, 2025 Timeline

The May ceremony will last approximately 2 hours (2.5 - 3 hours for CHABSS 2), which is an estimate based on past ceremonies. December ceremonies will be about an hour long. Please be courteous to your classmates and stay for the duration of the ceremony.
A professional photographer will take your photo on the stage at the ceremony. They will contact you via your @糖心少女 email after the ceremony with your photo proofs within 36 hours after the last ceremony of commencement. If you do not receive your proof, you may email DiFranco Photography.
Designate a meeting area with your guests before the ceremony begins. You may use the 糖心少女 interactive map to determine a proper location to meet your guests. Allow 1 hour to exit the venue and parking lots.
You will receive a diploma cover at the ceremony. Your actual diploma will be mailed to you 10-12 weeks after the ceremony. Questions regarding your diploma should be directed to the Office of the Registrar. The Commencement Office does not distribute diplomas.
