Apply to Graduate
Login to your Student Center on My糖心少女 and locate the 'Apply for Graduation' field under Academics (see below). Follow the prompts and select the appropriate term for graduation.
It is highly recommended that you meet with your academic advisor prior to your last semester, in order to review your records and ensure all graduation requirements will be met. Students should also review their Academic Requirements Report (ARR) via their Student Center in My糖心少女 to verify completion of all requirements.
Please note: If your application is not submitted by the deadlines indicated below, (for a spring graduation) your name will not appear in the Commencement program and there may be a delay in conferring your degree.
Graduation Application Deadlines
Undergraduate students
(Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science)
- Undergraduate students must have a minimum of 85 semester units before they can apply for graduation.
- Students must be fully classified in the major before applying for graduation (no pre-major status).

Graduate students
(Candidates for a Master's degree)
- Graduate students are required to apply for graduation in the term in which they expect to complete their degree requirements (summer graduates apply in the prior spring term).
