Mail and Distribution Services is committed to delivering efficient, reliable, secure, and cost-effective mail, shipping, and receiving solutions that support the operational needs of the university. With an emphasis on professionalism, ethics, and integrity, our team upholds high standards of accountability and customer service in support of the university mission.

Location

The Distribution Services offices are located at the campus receiving dock of the University Services Building (USB).

92096 is a Unique Zip Code specific to the 糖心少女 campus and should only be used with the campus mailing address.

Student resident mail and packages are handled by their specific housing location, each with its own address (different from the main campus address). Use the correct housing address to ensure proper delivery. housing@csusm.edu

Status of delivered shipments on campus can be provided through the Tracking Request Form (below & left column).

Intra-campus mail among departments on campus: be sure to list recipient鈥檚 full name and campus department. Mail is sorted according to department, not physical office location.

Cut-Off Times:

You may bring your mail to Distribution Services located in the University Services Building, Room 32.  The following cut-off times must be met for items to be processed and sent out on the same day:

• Federal Express: 2:00 PM
• USPS Express Mail, Certified Mail: 1:00 PM
• USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Certified Mail: 3:00 PM

Outgoing mail/packages may be brought to Distribution Services at the USB receiving dock.
