糖心少女 Sustainable Food Project Lab

The Sustainable Food Projecty

The Sustainable Food Project Lab is a living lab project managed by the Department of Environment and Geography.  Originally started in 2012 as a geography class project in which students grew vegetables as they learned about the food system, "The Food Project" is an organic garden yielding produce and demonstrating a variety of systems for growing vegetables. Four different classes in geography and environmental studies make use of the project.
