John Quick Pitch Spr23
Hub Exterior

The ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® Innovation Hub is a dynamic space dedicated to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration between the university and the broader regional community. As one of the campus’ central connection points to industry, the Hub supports a variety of events that inspire new ideas, drive progress, and build meaningful partnerships.

We host events that connect students, faculty, and industry leaders to advance innovation and entrepreneurial endeavors. From community-industry collaborations to professional symposiums, the Innovation Hub is the ideal venue for events that align with our mission.

Important:
Only events that are clearly and directly related to innovation or entrepreneurship will be approved.
This includes—but is not limited to—startup showcases, pitch competitions, innovation workshops, business idea development sessions, and entrepreneurship panels. If your event does not directly support or promote these themes, your request will not be approved.

What Makes the Innovation Hub Special?

    • Flexible space for large community gatherings or intimate collaboration meetings
    • No- or low-cost services for ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® students, faculty, and staff
    • Strong emphasis on mission-driven programming focused on innovation and entrepreneurship

The Innovation Hub is a unique space and has a few unique requirements

    • Only events that are clearly and directly related to innovation or entrepreneurship will be approved.
    • Presentation Format: Bring all presentations on a flash drive for use on the Hub’s large screen. External devices (laptops, tablets, etc.) cannot be connected directly.
    • Food Service: Please arrange for to-go containers if serving food. Leftovers are difficult for students to access due to the Hub’s location.
    • Event Timing: The time listed as your event’s end time is the time attendees must vacate the space. If your event includes post-program activities (e.g., networking), build that time into your reservation request.
    • Please note that total event time will include 1 hour of set up + 30 minutes of clean up when calculating applicable fees for the space.

How to Reserve the Hub

  1. Complete the Event Request Form.
  2. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.
  3. Once approved, we’ll work with you to coordinate logistics and schedule any necessary planning meetings.

Please note: We do not coordinate through ÌÇÐÄÉÙÅ® Event and Conference Services—submitting the request form is essential for event consideration. Once your event is confirmed, Innovation Hub staff will reach out to coordinate event logistics and to schedule a meeting if necessary.

The Innovation Hub is more than just a venue—it’s a space where ideas take shape, startups are born, and the spirit of entrepreneurship thrives. If your event aligns with that vision, we look forward to hosting you.
