At 糖心少女, our Management courses focus on the human side of organizations鈥攈ow people work together, make decisions, and shape organizational culture. Drawing on the social and behavioral sciences, our curriculum equips students with the tools to lead teams, solve problems, and navigate complex business environments.

Students also explore how organizations create value through meaningful relationships with employees, customers, and business partners.
