First Year Enrollment Support

First Year Students receive enrollment support from the Office of Success Coaching and Office of Academic Advising. Learn more about the first year student enrollment support team and process.

  Students must have an Orientation reservation to enroll in classes. First year students should be enrolled in classes by Friday, July 11th or before their Orientation, whichever comes first.

  Additional Enrollment Support for Fall 2025 First Year Students:

  Success coaches will be available to help students with the enrollment process both in person and virtually Monday, June 23-Tuesday, July 1 (excluding Sat/Sun) 9am-4pm. All drop-ins will be helped on a first come first served basis. Students should have reviewed the Enrollment Tutorial prior to utilizing drop-ins.

  In person drop-ins will be held in the Technology Learning Center located on the 2nd floor of the Kellogg Library. We recommend parking in Lots B or C. Campus parking fees and policies apply.

  Virtual drop-ins will be held via the Virtual Front Desk in MS Teams.

DUO Support/IITS Help

For student's struggling to log into their My糖心少女 account due to issues with DUO Multi-Factor Authentification, please review the Multifactor Authentication tutorial on how to set up DUO. If after completely the tutorial you are still not able to access DUO please contact the IITS Help Desk and someone will assist you shortly.
