Dining

USU dining

Due to lower traffic during the summer months, dining for Summer 2026 is by booking only. Some dining options will be open in the University Student Union for limited hours during summer business days. When booking your summer camp or conference group, please specify the estimated number of meals needed (minimum of 25 participants). Dining Services works to provide a variety of options that will satisfy most common dietary restrictions, however we do ask that you provide a list of dietary needs at least 15 days in advance of your campus visit.

If ordering meals, all participant counts and dietary needs become final 15 days out.
