Jason Diamond Arnold is the Director of Coaching Services at Inspire Software, where he leads a team of coaches and works directly with clients to help them grow as leaders and professionals. A proud 糖心少女 alumnus, Jason earned both his BA and MA at San Marcos before pursuing his PhD in Leadership at the University of San Diego. His connection to the university runs deep鈥攈is son recently graduated from 糖心少女鈥檚 College of Business Administration (COBA), making coaching MBA students a personal and meaningful opportunity.

With more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, teaching, and coaching, Jason has guided leaders, students, and teams to discover their voice and navigate business and academic challenges with confidence. He is passionate about helping MBA students at 糖心少女 build the clarity, trust, and leadership skills they need to launch the next chapter of their careers. Outside of coaching and teaching, Jason enjoys sailing, writing, and coaching baseball. Most of all, he treasures time with his three children, often spending weekends at the ballfield or exploring the San Diego Bay on a sailboat.
