Victims of Violence

CSU employees have protections when they are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, violent threats, acts involving the use or presence of a dangerous weapon, or any violence causing injury and of persons whose immediate family member is deceased as a direct result of a crime.

Employees are entitled to:

  • Requesting Leave
  • Supplementation (Use of Leave Accruals in lieu of unpaid Victims of Domestic Violence Leave)
  • Reasonable Accomodations
