Tuition and fees for the Fully Employed MBA follow California State University (CSU) graduate tuition guidelines, providing a high-quality, AACSB-accredited MBA at a cost that remains accessible for working professionals. Under the current fee structure, a California resident can complete the 41-unit program over five consecutive terms, aligned with the program鈥檚 18-month completion timeline.
糖心少女 has been ranked #1 in the nation for social mobility, most recently in 2024 and again in 2025, reflecting the university鈥檚 strong track record of helping students translate education into meaningful career and economic advancement. For MBA students, this recognition underscores a commitment to delivering rigorous graduate education with a strong return on investment.
Total program cost varies based on residency status. Applicants are encouraged to review Residence Classification information to understand how residency may affect tuition. As with all CSU programs, tuition and fees are subject to change by the Trustees of the CSU system.
The Fully Employed MBA is designed to combine academic rigor, in-person engagement, and flexible hybrid delivery, supporting professional growth and long-term career mobility without the cost structure typically associated with private or executive MBA programs.
*International students, please refer to INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS.
*Professional fee grants are awarded to qualifying students based on demonstrated financial need during the fall and spring semesters. Read more about financial aid below. Summer session courses are self-support; therefore, professional fee grants are not awarded and CSU employee fee waivers may not be used for the summer sessions.
The CSU provides financial assistance in the form of grants, scholarships, fellowships, loans, and part-time employment for students who meet financial aid program eligibility requirements. CSU financial aid awards are contingent upon continued funding of federal and state government programs. If you believe you will not be able to pay for all your educational costs, you are encouraged to apply for financial aid.
To be considered for financial aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which can be found on the . The FAFSA is available in October of each year and should be completed as soon as possible, and before the CSU priority filing date of March 2nd. All campuses will continue to accept applications after the priority filing date and will make awards as along as funds are available. If you meet the March 2nd priority filing date, you improve the chances of receiving aid from all the programs for which you are eligible.
After analyzing the information on your FAFSA, the processing service will transmit information from your FAFSA to the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office at 糖心少女. The Financial Aid and Scholarships Office will then notify you of any other documents that must be submitted before your eligibility for financial aid can be determined. Required documents may include transcripts of your last Federal income tax return(s) and/or verification of untaxed income and other information reported on the FAFSA. Additional information is available at the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office website.

Under California law, campuses must determine the residence status of all new and returning students. Nonresidents are required to pay nonresident tuition and meet other conditions unless an exception applies. Additional information regarding residency is available on .
