The Career Strategy and Thought Leadership Workshop is an action鈥憀earning experience that moves MBA students from passive reflection to active career ownership. It emphasizes that careers are not discovered but intentionally written, tested, and refined over time. Students turn abstract aspirations into concrete Career OKRs, defining meaningful objectives supported by measurable, near鈥憈erm actions that focus on skills, conversations, and professional experiments rather than job titles.
The workshop also guides students in applying thought leadership through LinkedIn, positioning themselves as emerging professionals with a clear point of view. By refining their profiles and creating content aligned with their goals, students use LinkedIn as a platform for credibility, contribution, and voice. Through this practice, they see how public reflection accelerates clarity, confidence, and the development of a strong professional identity.
