Internal Professional Networks are designed to bring staff together by job classification. This initiative creates shared spaces where staff can connect, collaborate, and support one another within their professional communities. Each network will offer opportunities to connect with peers, share resources and ideas, and build stronger relationships across campus.
Our pilot network will focus on one of the largest groups on campus, administrative professionals, with plans to expand to additional classifications over time.
The Administrative Professionals Network exists to connect, support, and uplift administrative professionals across campus. We provide a welcoming space to share knowledge, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and build meaningful professional relationships.
Mission: To reduce isolation, recognize the vital role administrative professionals play in our institution, and create a community where members feel valued, heard, and empowered. Through shared experiences, practical resources, and mutual support, we aim to grow together – professionally and personally.
This network is built on trust, respect, and shared purpose. To help create a positive and supportive experience for everyone, we ask members to agree to the following guidelines:
