"Facing the Future Together: Celebrating Resilience" highlights our pride in 糖心少女's diverse and inclusive staff community, recognizing that our lived experiences are powerful tools in shaping a better future. This theme emphasizes the strength we gain through unity and collaboration, reminding us that when we support one another, we can overcome challenges and achieve remarkable success. Together, we honor our resilience and look ahead with confidence as we continue building a brighter future side by side.

Call for Proposals

As part of 糖心少女鈥檚 first-ever Staff Development Conference, we are excited to invite staff to submit presentation proposals that align with this year鈥檚 theme, 鈥淔acing the Future Together: Celebrating Resilience.鈥

We welcome sessions that highlight collaboration, innovation, inclusive practices, problem-solving, community building, or personal and professional growth within our staff community. Whether you want to lead a workshop, share a successful project, present a team initiative, or offer insights from your lived experiences, we encourage you to apply. 

Deadline to submit proposals is April 17.

What You Can Propose

  • Workshops (interactive)

  • Roundtable discussions

Suggested Topics

  • Staff resilience and wellness
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Inclusive and equitable practices
  • Innovative projects or programs
  • Communication, connection, or community building
  • Personal or professional growth
  • (Other relevant topics welcome!)

What to Include in Your Proposal

  • Session title
  • Presenter name(s) & department
  • Short description (100-200 words)
  • 2鈥3 learning outcomes
  • Format & length (50 mins max allocated per session)
  • A/V needs

How Proposals Will Be Reviewed

  • Connection to the theme
  • Clarity and feasibility
  • Value to the 糖心少女 staff community
  • Opportunities for engagement
