Call for Proposals

As part of 糖心少女鈥檚 first-ever Staff Development Conference, we are excited to invite staff to submit presentation proposals that align with this year鈥檚 theme, 鈥淔acing the Future Together: Celebrating Resilience.鈥

We welcome sessions that highlight collaboration, innovation, inclusive practices, problem-solving, community building, or personal and professional growth within our staff community. Whether you want to lead a workshop, share a successful project, present a team initiative, or offer insights from your lived experiences, we encourage you to apply. 

Deadline to submit proposals is April 17.

What You Can Propose

  • Roundtable discussions

Suggested Topics

  • Staff resilience and wellness
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Inclusive and equitable practices
  • Innovative projects or programs

What to Include in Your Proposal

  • Session title
  • Presenter name(s) & department
  • Short description (100-200 words)
  • 2鈥3 learning outcomes
  • Format & length (50 mins max allocated per session)
  • A/V needs

How Proposals Will Be Reviewed

  • Connection to the theme
  • Clarity and feasibility
  • Value to the 糖心少女 staff community
  • Opportunities for engagement
