Login to your

Your ID and password was sent to your email address that was listed on your application. Use your assigned login information to access your and regularly check your admission status. Outstanding items will be listed on your "To Do List." Send us any items listed by the posted deadlines. 

Part 1: Submit the following

• Transcripts
  • All official post-secondary school records including certificates, examination grades, degrees or diplomas in the original language of issue must be submitted through postal mail in a school-sealed envelope. Copies will be accepted for the admission decision process. Submit unofficials immediately to:  or in the Cal State Apply online application

    • NOTE:  Official international coursework marksheets/transcripts must be sent through postal mail directly to 糖心少女 after you have been accepted

      US coursework can be sent electronically. US schools and colleges can send US transcripts directly to 糖心少女 at transcripts@csusm.edu

  • Official English translations of all academic records including certificates, degrees or diplomas must be submitted through postal mail

  • Approved Foreign Transcript Evaluation Agencies

    All graduate applicants applying to a 糖心少女 graduate/post-baccalaureate program with non-US academic records/transcripts are required to submit their international records (with the institution's grading scale) to one of the following Foreign Credential Evaluation agencies for a Course-by-Course analysis, Detailed Transcript Evaluation Report.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have graduated from a country that awards 3-year bachelor鈥檚 degrees, you must exercise due diligence to choose a company that recognizes your academic coursework as equivalent to a US bachelor鈥檚 degree.

    If you have an evaluation report from a NACES evaluation agency member not on this list, please contact International Admissions at iapply@csusm.edu for further consideration.

• Affidavit of Financial Support
  • Submit your affidavit of financial support form, must include bank statements
    
    • Spring 2025 and Fall 2025: Use this form: Affidavit of Financial Support
    • Spring 2026 and Fall 2026: Use this form: Affidavit of Financial Support
    • Or, submit loan or scholarship letters for I20 issuance. 
• Passport
  • Submit a copy of your passport. Please make sure that the copy is legible and not blurry.
• English proficiency requirement
  Satisfy the English Language Proficiency Requirement - If you do not have a passing test score OR have not yet taken a test, guaranteed conditional admission is available through our English language program.

EXPEDITE PROCESSING:  Send your unofficial transcripts and copies of documents  for an admission decision by using link:  .   Be sure to change the file name to: your full name and email address.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 糖心少女 I-20:   Please be reminded that you must send your official transcripts  through postal mail and have your test scores sent directly to 糖心少女 prior to the start of the term.  US institutions can send US transcripts electronically to transcripts@csusm.edu.

Part 2: Graduate Program Application

You must follow the instructions outlined on your department's website carefully to complete the departmental application process. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE 糖心少女 I-20: Please be advised that you must send your official transcripts  through postal mail and have your test scores sent directly to 糖心少女 from testing agencies  before we can issue the I-20 for the student visa.  

When will we send out admission decisions? Your application will be submitted to your graduate program as soon as we receive your documents. We will notify you as soon as receive the admission decision from your graduate program. 

Once admitted, you will receive your admission offer via email along with detailed instructions on how to request your I-20.  The international admissions advisors from Global Education will send you details about orientation and the sevis process.  Please be sure to carefully watch your email since this is our primary means of communication.

IMPORTANT:  You must apply for housing early.  Also, please be sure to stay connected to our Global Office to clear vaccination and other requirements on time.
