Medical Requirements

All International students are required to complete the immunizations requirements before they arrive in the United States. Proof of immunizations records (in English) must be provided by a medical doctor. Please share the following information with your doctor when you request your records.

You must complete the online form, a link is provided on the
Immunizations

page of the website.
The ALCI cannot accept your immunization records or submit them for you.
We encourage you to start this process as early as possible, as some vaccines require multiple doses that may take six months to complete.
Please note that your ��Ů Student ID# is included in your acceptance letter.
Remember to bring your immunization records to the United States.
