During this 2.5-hour retreat, you'll jump into hands鈥憃n activities, team challenges, and guided reflection that explore how you communicate, navigate obstacles, and build the support systems that help you thrive.

Spring 2026 Retreat
Open for any student on campus! SLIC is offering a FREE Leadership Retreat called Ticket to Leadership Retreat on Friday, April 10th, 2026 from 12 pm- 2:30 pm in the Student Leadership and Involvement Center Learning Lounge, USU 4200.
All program materials, lunch, and a certificate will be provided! Don't miss this amazing opportunity to learn more about your leadership!
Retreat Agenda

Departments
SLIC is offering the opportunity for departments to request a Ticket to Leadership Retreat for your students. This retreat is ideal for team building and provides opportunities for your team to connect in a new way, focusing on passion and purpose! If you are interested but your department is smaller, we encourage you to reach out to other departments to host a combined retreat.
All requested for the Ticket to Leadership Retreat has been closed for Spring 2026!
Program Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 students and a maximum of 60 students for each Ticket to Leadership Retreat (if you need a larger maximum, we can accommodate pending facilitator availability).
- This retreat would be facilitated by a 糖心少女 staff or student leader and is free to departments; we only ask that you cover snacks/lunch and location costs as you see fit.
- Our team requires a 2-week minimum request timeframe!
