Assistant Director
The Assistant Director serves as the lead professional staff responsible for managing the day-to-day of the Center. The Assistant Director supervises the Peer Educator team and plays a critical role in ensuring research-based practices are implemented and are designed to enhance access, student retention, and graduation. The Assistant Director receives support and supervision by the Director of Student Inclusion & Engagement.
The Peer Educators are the team of undergraduate student staff that play a critical role of creating a caring, respectful, and inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to develop a strong sense of belonging. Peer Educators lead programmatic initiatives and provide day-to-day support to the Center.
