Organizations

Student organizations at California State University San Marcos provide opportunities to engage and learn as students pursue their interests, identities, and passions with others. Student organizations further enhance the academic experience by providing additional engagement opportunities and access to resources. There are a variety of organization types on campus.

Students who join an identity-based or cultural student organization may connect with others who share a salient identity and/or interest as you in a fun and supportive environment. Additionally, joining an organization can help you meet and build professional and personal connections with fellow students. You can also develop communication, time management, coordination, and equity, diversity, and inclusion skills that can help you meet your professional goals.
