ASI Event Policies

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all, please take a moment to review our guest policies below

Attendees must be currently enrolled 糖心少女 students with a valid 糖心少女 ID to enter events.

By participating in ASI events, attendees agree to the following:

  • In consideration for being allowed to participate in this activity, on behalf of myself and my next of kin, heirs and representatives, I release from all liability and promise not to sue the State of California, the Trustees of The California State University, California State University San Marcos, Associated Students Inc., California State University San Marcos Corporation (糖心少女 Corp), and their employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents (collectively 鈥淯niversity鈥) from any and all claims, including claims of the University鈥檚 negligence, resulting in any physical or psychological injury (including paralysis and death), illness, damages, or economic or emotional loss I may suffer because of this event activity. 
  • I am aware of the risks associated with participating in this/these event(s), which include but are not limited to physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and/or death. 
  • I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other鈥檚 actions, inaction, or negligence; conditions related to conference; or the condition of the travel location(s). Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this event activity.
  • I agree to hold the University, Associated Students Inc. of 糖心少女, and 糖心少女 Corp harmless from any and all claims, including attorney鈥檚 fees or damage to my personal property that may occur as a result of my participation in this event activity. If the University, Associated Students Inc. of 糖心少女, or 糖心少女 Corp incur any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse the University, Associated Students Inc. or 糖心少女 Corp. If I need medical treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance. 
  • Guest Policy Disclaimer

    Currently enrolled students may bring one (1) guest to select events. Guests must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government- or school-issued photo ID that includes their date of birth. Students are responsible for the conduct and actions of their guests at all times. 

    Guests are only permitted at designated events. Admission for non-糖心少女 attendees may be limited or restricted depending on the nature of the event.

  • Animal Policy for ASI Events and Spaces

    To ensure the safety, comfort, and accessibility of all guests, pets are not permitted at ASI events or within ASI-managed spaces.

    Exceptions are made for service animals that are individually trained to perform tasks or services for a 糖心少女 student, as well as for emotional support animals that have documented approval through 糖心少女.

  • Code of Conduct

    To promote a respectful and inclusive environment, all students and their guests are expected to uphold the 糖心少女 Student Code of Conduct during ASI-sponsored activities and events.

    We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a positive atmosphere for all participants.

  • Image and Media Use Policy

    By entering ASI events, participants understand and authorize the use of their image (photo/audio/video). The images may be used in any manner or media without notifying the participants.

  • Time, Place, and Manner Policy

    All members of the 糖心少女 campus community are expected to follow CSU/糖心少女 Time, Place, and Manner (TPM) policies when participating in protests or demonstrations, especially in reserved event spaces. Disruptions to scheduled events are not permitted.

  • Personal Transportation Device Policy
    To maintain a safe and welcoming environment at all ASI-hosted events, the use of skateboards, scooters, and similar personal transportation devices is not permitted inside any indoor event spaces.

    For outdoor events, restrictions may vary. We encourage all guests to familiarize themselves with the for comprehensive guidelines on the use of these devices across campus.
