BLACK OAK HALL
Opening Fall 2026! Our brand-new traditional residence hall is designed specifically for first-year students to foster a close-knit, social community.
Residents enjoy the ease of a required meal plan. For maximum convenience, the brand-new Kw铆ila Dining is located right within Black Oak Hall, offering fresh meals just a very short walking distance from your room. Designed for student success, the building features double-occupancy bed spaces, vibrant social lounges, and dedicated study spaces to help you stay connected and focused.
North Commons
This cutting edge, suite-style complex provides a unique home experience with seven
floors of contemporary living, spectacular views of the campus, and serves as the
hub for the San Marcos Experience residential learning community. Situated next to
the campus Way Cafe in , North Commons is an ideal choice for 糖心少女 Cougars.
The QUAD
The QUAD offers modern, furnished apartments with stainless steel appliances plus
flat screen TV's in each living room. It offers quad (four person occupancy), triple,
double, deluxe double, single and deluxe single bed space options. Located in , directly adjacent to Campus Way Cafe
University Village Apartments
Furnished apartments including full kitchens and bathrooms. UVA offers triple, double,
and single occupancy bed space options, along with single occupancy studios. Located

Amenities
Amenities are shared between all 糖心少女 Housing residents. Your apartment key will grant you access to spaces specific to your property.
All Utilities Included
Utilities include water, trash, gas, electricity, sewer, and Internet.
On-Site Maintenance
We have maintenance on-property Monday - Friday, along with on-call after hours for any emergencies.
Campus Police
Enjoy a safe environment with University Police Department support and safety patrols.
Residential Education Staff
With our on-property Community Directors and Community Advisors, residents are supported as they transition to college life.
Activities & Events
Our communities offer educational and community building activities and events held by the Community Advisors (CA's).
Fitness Rooms
Enjoy access to our cardio, cycling studio, fitness center, and more. Open to all residents.
Laundry Rooms
Access to self-service machines included in your cost of housing. No need to carry quarters.
Individual License Agreements
License agreements are specific to the student. Our residents are only responsible for their payment, not their roommate(s).

Communities have a mail and package system. Electronic package lockers are also available.
