There are two fitness rooms located at UVA.
Cycling Room: C Building - 230
Cardio Center: D Building - 350
- Laundry Rooms
The laundry room is located on the first floor of Black Oak Hall adjacent to a large lounge and game room making it a pleasant space to relax or socialize. Laundry is included in the cost of housing! Just bring your laundry detergent!
- Pool Area
There is a resort-style beach entry pool at UVA, a spacious sun deck, and poolside chaise lounges. Black Oak Hall residents are welcome to use the pool area.

Parcel Pending
Black Oak Hall utilizes Parcel Pending as our package management system. All residents will be required to sign up for Parcel Pending if they plan to receive packages at Black Oak Hall.
