The QUAD

The QUAD offers modern, campus-affiliated living tailored for upper-class, continuing, and transfer students in the heart of North City. This vibrant community features fully furnished apartment-style spaces that include kitchens and private bathrooms within every apartment, providing the perfect balance of independence and convenience. Residents enjoy the flexibility of optional meal plans and have access to dedicated specialized housing options, including Substance-Free, Gender-Inclusive, and LGBTQ+ spaces. Conveniently located across the street from the Extended Learning building, The QUAD connects you to the best of campus life while offering a sophisticated space to call your own.

  There is one fitness center located at The QUAD.

  Includes: Elliptical, Treadmills, Weights, and Cycling

• Laundry Rooms

  There are two laundry facilities at The QUAD. 

  Location: First floor, near Pavilion & Second floor, near Den

• Pool

  There is one pool at The QUAD. 

  Includes: ADA Access, Sun Deck, Seating, and Fire pit

  Near: Fitness Center, BBQ Grills

Parcel Pending

The QUAD utilizes Parcel Pending as our package management system. All QUAD residents will be required to sign up for Parcel Pending if they plan to receive mail at the QUAD.
